By public transport

From JR Hiroshima Station take the Dobutsukoen Asahigaoka-bound bus.Approximately 50 minutes.

Take the Chorakuji or Koikikoen-bound Astramline from Astram Hondori Station to Kamiyasu Station.From there, take the Dobutsukoen Asahigaoka-bound bus.Approximately 40 minutes.

By car

From the center of the Hiroshima City take the Route 54(Gion-Shindo) until the Astramline comrs into view. Follow the road running parallel with the Astramline via Kamiyast Station. Approximately 40 minutes.

Hiroshima-kita Interchange Hiroshima Interchange, and Itsukaichi Interchange are each a drive of approx. 20 minutes from the zoo.

Information Office Facilities

Strollers and Coin Lockers are available for rental.
Electric whieelchairs and wheelcharis are available free of charge.

Restaurant

Light meals and beverages are available.

-do not bring any pets such as dogs or cats into the park.
-do not drink alcohol in the park or play ball games,etc.,which might disturb other visitors.
